Your machine winnings are loaded to your in-app prize balance by a clerk at the location. You can then use that balance for play credit or convert it to a virtual prepaid Visa card.
For your security, the card number, CVV, and live balance appear only on the issuing bank's secure card page (opened from the app), never inside Redema.
Open the app → Settings → Delete account. Redemption history that we're legally required to retain is kept per our Privacy Policy; everything else is removed.
